Upgraded my iMac to Snow Leopard and from 1GB to 2x2GB.
At first bought Ram from a different (local) retailer, it failed and it was assumed that this was due to a bus speed incompatibility or an unknown issue with my machine. I received the "sorry can not help any further".
Then I read on MacRam's page about their success guarantee and ordered on-line. At first I could only use 1 plus 2 GB, not all 4. One e-mail to MacRam and they investigated, kept me informed and even though the issue appears to be related to my machine, resolved my issue with a replacement kit of different origin. 100% success. Could not be happier about a company taking SERVICE and the customer seriously! Thank you MacRam.

Thanks MacRam and can I say how great it is to receive such prompt service, unfortunately good service is the exception these days. I've owned several businesses over the years and all have done well simply because I treat everything as urgent and always treat customers as I expect to be treated myself, well done.

Upgrading Made Easy

I never though it would be so easy to upgrade the RAM in my Mac, mostly due to the help that I received from these guys. I let them know what Mac I had and they told me what I could upgrade to and what RAM I'd need (which saved a lot of time in research). The linked YouTube installation videos on the product pages were quite helpful as well.
If I knew it was all this easy I would have done it a long time ago, thanks again!

I purchased a Mac Book Pro a week ago, was a 17 inch with 4G memory and wanted to upgrade this to 8G. After shopping around I discovered most places were quoting in excess of $2,000 for 8g of memory. I searched the net and found Mac Ram and started dealing with Melinda. Obviously owning a Mac for
the first time I was skeptical about why the price was so much cheaper with Mac Ram and if it would be compatible with my Mac, if I would void the
warranty and so on.

Melinda helped and assisted me from start to finish. I was also concerned about how long I would have to wait for it once I ordered it, I was shocked. I ordered it one day and within 3 days it was at my door, Melinda once again kept me updated as to when to expect it.

I was 'entirely' and I mean 'entirely' delighted with the professionalism, help, understanding of Melinda of my needs and she 'fully' understood what I was after and helped me every step of the way.

I will be recommending Melinda and Mac Ram to anyone I speak to because of the prices they offer, the quick and efficient service they provide and the
professionalism and friendliness of their staff.
